Registration Fees for the European Rice Convention 

 

Registration package 

All-inclusive Convention Package (excluding 21% Spanish VAT)

  • FERM Member: 1.400 EUR
  • FERM Member + Partner: 1.900 EUR*
  • FERM Non Member: 1.800 EUR
  • FERM Non Member + Partner: 2.300 EUR*

 

Financial Considerations

The registration package includes:

  • A 2-night stay (from Wednesday, 10 September, to Friday, 12 September 2025) at a discounted rate at the event hotel, Don Carlos Marbella. Please note that it is not possible to purchase a registration ticket for a shorter stay.
  • Admission to the European Rice Convention 2025, which includes:
    • Access to the welcome cocktail reception on 10 September
    • All conference sessions, lunch, and coffee breaks on 11 September
    • All meeting materials
    • The gala dinner on 11 September
    • A morning excursion to Málaga and lunch on 12 September
    • All transfers for social activities
    • *Includes double room occupancy and breakfast. This also includes the partner's day trip on 11 September, participation in the gala dinner on 11 September, as well as the excursion and lunch on 12 September.

 

Important Information

  • The package does not cover travel expenses or additional personal expenses.
  • All prices are VAT-exclusive.
  • Registration is only considered complete once payment has been received and successfully processed.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. An invoice will be sent automatically via the registration tool and must be paid before the start of the event.

  • Participants who wish to extend their stay (checking in before Wednesday, 10 September, or checking out after Friday, 12 September 2025) must arrange a separate booking directly with the hotel. To make additional reservations, please contact the hotel directly, via email dcgrupos@doncarlosresort.com. You will benefit from the FERM Convention preferential rate 3 days before/after the event, subject to the availability of the hotel.
