The Convention package fees indicated are per person. This fee includes three nights accommodation (6, 7, 8 September) in the Convention hotel or another hotel, access to the Convention sessions (for Convention participants), coffee breaks, 1 lunch Thursday (7/9), a boat trip to Isola Bella island Friday (8/9), Gala dinner Thursday (7/9) and Barbecue party on Friday (8/9).
Please note that registration is accepted and confirmed only after receiving the completed online registration form and full payment.
Partner registration fees include accommodation/breakfast costs, a day excursion to Eremo Santa Caterina and Villa Panza Thursday (7/9), a boat trip to Isola Bella island Friday (8/9), Gala dinner Thursday (7/9) and Barbecue party on Friday (8/9).
Payment must be made via the online registration. Any difficulties experienced with registration should be reported to the Convention organisers and all efforts will be made to assist you with your registration.
A single price, including registration and hotel accommodation, is offered. No refund will be provided where convention delegates choose not to stay three nights in the hotel. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, with preference first given to the Convention hotel. If no more rooms are available at the Convention hotel, organisers will do their utmost to find alternative accommodation for delegates. Any changes to these reservations or any specific requests not referred to in the registration process (such as booking additional nights’ accommodation) should be addressed to the Convention organisers at info@fermconvention.com.
Cancellations or changes in the details of Convention delegates should be made in writing exclusively to the Convention organisers at info@fermconvention.com.
| Before 31 May 2023 | Full refund of registration fees and of guest events and hotel accommodation, less 10% for administration fees. |
| Between 1 June and 18 July 2023 | 80% refund of registration fee and 100% of hotel accommodation refund. |
| Between 18 July and 31 August 2023 | 50% refund of registration fee and 0% of hotel accommodation refund. |
| After 31 August 2023 | No refund. |
Registered participants who are unable to attend the Convention may nominate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying the Convention organisers in writing before August 31st, 2023. Substitutions after this date will not be permitted.
FERM cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any property, whatever the cause may be. Liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected.
Force majeure: If, for any reason beyond the organisers’ control (inter alia acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions or industrial action), the event must be cancelled or curtailed in any way, the organisers cannot guarantee the repayment of registration fees or accommodation costs. Likewise, it shall not be held responsible for any costs, damages or expenses incurred by registrants as a result of this force majeure.
